Bossa presents a night of music featuring Lady Hatchet and Dunia & Aram!

Kristin Forbes, aka Lady Hatchet, recorded and toured as a solo artist for years in Boston before moving to DC to play keys with The Travis Morrison Hellfighters. Now a resident of Baltimore, she has rediscovered her love for playing Jamaican music and is the fearless leader of The Scotch Bonnets, her punky reggae band that also serves as an outlet for her songwriting.

Dunia & Aram’s musical partnership spans decades and genres, from Dunia’s seminal ska punk band, Agent 99, to their reggae soul project, Dubistry. Along the way, they played with Grammy winners and luminaries. D&A’s newest project is an indie soul and acoustic ska duo with elements of jazz, punk, and reggae.
